Euphorbia 'Jessie'

Euphorbia 'Jessie' is an interspecific cross between E. griffithii 'Fireglow' and E. polychroma with the best attributes of both in a totally different and unique plant.

It is clump forming with erect stems up to 36" tall featuring brilliant yellow bracts, so intense that the color bleeds onto the upper leaves and by mid-summer the terminal shoots are outlined by an orange margin.

This plant occurred at Sunshine Farm and Gardens where owner Barry Glick has now had the original plant in tissue culture where it has multiplied very well.

It was available in limited quantities from 1999 but is now available in much larger quantities to buy for specialist and general nurseries throughout the USA.

It will be available in smaller numbers in other world territories in the near future.

This plant was front cover feature in PLANTS Volume 4 Issue 4 which is now out of print.
